Hi, I’m Adrienne.

A radical connector of human-ness, a truth excavator teacher and experiential IFS group maverick. I am a creative healer, psychotherapist, social worker, dance movement therapist, meditation teacher, meaning maker that has always known there is more to my experience than what is just right in front of me. Since I was little I was always fascinated by how people operate, how life works, and how relationships shift. I was the sensitive person in my family. I was also the caretaker in my family whose salvation was found in helping others, playing pretend, dancing, being creative in my own world. Creativity, helping others and seeking truth has been not only a sacred place of respite but also connection to a higher source.
